We want you to love your home essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding and kitchenware cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your parcel.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop them off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
